Hello Dear Readers! My name is Yessika (simply say “Jessica”) Cerezo and I’m a Senior Project Manager at EastBridge. I’m responsible for one of our lines of business, providing newly conceived and custom components and parts to our hardware customers.
What this means in practical terms is we assist customers in two different, but related ways.
- When our customers are designing a new product, we provide our advice about how best to build the part (“manufacturing pathway” or “industrialization”) efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
- When a CM or OEM is building a mature product, we quote and supply all or a portion of the custom parts called out in the BOM.
In both cases, our team of engineers and supply chain specialists leverage their design and manufacturing experience, and our global network of 1,000+ qualified suppliers to deliver the hard-to-source parts. This extends to cables, connectors, displays, extrusions, fasteners, formed metal, gaskets, machined parts, molded plastic, PCBA – everything needed to build complex finished products.
Our service provides many advantages for our customers. For early stage or emerging products (before the design is locked down) we work closely with the designers to define part feasibility and cost, including tooling if necessary. To support these programs, we’re ready to build several rounds of samples and iterate on the design until all the requirements are met.
For manufacturers building more mature products, once the design is (mostly) locked down, we review the full BOM and quote and deliver a portion of or all the custom and difficult-to-source components and parts.
For all involved in the design-to-volume process, our services bridge the gap between the “zero-to-one“ phase and the “two-to-thousands” level.
This allows our customers to move confidently from prototyping to high volume, without the chaos and disconnection of changing vendors as they scale. Our approach provides a harmonized and predictable sourcing pathway, reducing the number of POs to issue, suppliers to manage, shipments to coordinate, and quality to monitor.

We’d love to hear about your current hardware project and promise to provide the highest quality-value ratio and superior service. Please reach out to us with your sourcing requirements.
Cheers,
Yessika Cerezo
